Anytime Collect Version 2.0 Now Available From e2b Software for Credit & Collection Managers

New brand name for e2b collect delivers Credit Insights Dashboard and supports additional databases with Software as a Service (SaaS) deployment and subscription pricing options

Chardon, OH, September 01, 2010 – e2b software today announced the release of Anytime Collect version 2.0. The new version represents the first release of e2b collect under the new Anytime Collect brand name. The release includes a new Credit Insights Dashboard, additional databases, and deployment via the Internet with new hosting and subscription pricing options.

Companies no longer want the hassle of installing software on computers, managing updates, or backing up and administering databases,” said e2b software President Bill Henslee. “We rebranded e2b collect as Anytime Collect to signify the huge technology leap we made with the latest release which features a Software as a Service (Saas) deployment and optional hosted database.”

Credit Insights Dashboard

Anytime Collect customers now access the software by logging in to their account at www.anytimecollect.com. The log-in takes them to the new Credit Insights Dashboard providing a summarized view of cash expectations, credit and collections activities, and key performance indicators such as days sales outstanding (DSO), average days to pay (ADP), and cost of credit (COC). The Credit Insights Dashboard is developed in Microsoft Silverlight, the latest development platform for web-based applications.

Web Deployment

A button on the dashboard allows each user to launch Anytime Collect from the web browser making the application available anytime and anywhere that an Internet connection is available. Most common browsers are supported including Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and more. The application is cached to the desktop on the first log-in with automatic updates applied on future log-ins.

Database Options

Anytime Collect now supports two new database options in addition to Microsoft SQL Server (Standard or Enterprise Edition). Companies without Microsoft SQL Server can utilize Microsoft SQL Express, a free and feature-rich database for desktop, Web, and small server business applications like Anytime Collect. In addition, companies can eliminate the need to install, administer, and back-up the SQL database with the Microsoft SQL Azure database option.  Microsoft SQL Azure is a cloud-based relational database service built on SQL Server technologies providing a highly available, scalable, multi-tenant database service hosted by Microsoft in the cloud.

Anytime Sync

Anytime Sync is a new integration utility that is setup once to periodically sync accounts receivable, contact and account information, and other data from the backoffice accounting or ERP business system with Anytime Collect. Synchronization is typically scheduled daily but can be setup for more frequent, automated data imports. Anytime Sync supports on-premise and hosted deployment for all SQL database options.

Edition Packaging

Anytime Collect is now sold by product edition defined by user restrictions and features. Pricing is defined by edition per user and for either an outright purchase or subscription pricing model.

  • Basic Edition – provides a streamlined approach and reduced cost for smaller, cost-conscious companies with only one person managing credit and collections activities.
  • Standard Edition – available for larger credit and collection departments with up to 5 users and 10 sales representative users.  It also includes more advanced features such as dispute management, cash expectations reporting, custom activities and reports, mass-mail, and email automation.
  • Enterprise Edition – ideal for companies that have a formalized credit department supporting unlimited users with advanced credit team management features, advanced rules for automating work queue creation, and support for multi-company collections.

 New Pricing Options

Anytime Collect is now available at a reduced price starting at just $1,499 plus annual maintenance and support fees. A new subscription pricing option lowers costs further to as little as $89 per month billed monthly for annual contracts. A small setup fee is required for subscriptions. A QuickStart Implementation package includes installation assistance and product training at a low, fixed price.
