March 11, 2014, Chardon, OH- Today e2b teknologies, publishers of Anytime Collect accounts receivable management software, announced the Company’s partnership with Solupay to extend the software with online bill pay capabilities. Companies using Anytime Collect can now accept payments from their customers online to further simplify and streamline the accounts receivable collections process. Additionally, collections professionals can now take credit card payments during phone calls with customers from the Anytime Collect software.

The secure, PCI-compliant customer payment portal is easily accessed by customers through a hyperlink via an email sent from Anytime Collect and customers do not need to enter login credentials or remember passwords. From there the customer can see all of their open invoices, select which one they would like to pay, and proceed to pay their bill online.
Customers can also make notes on an invoice which then alerts collectors of communication from the customer. This creates an extremely simple, safe, and fast process and by removing barriers and promoting communication, the entire collection processes is made easier for customers, thereby speeding up payment to vendors.
